Accreditation Renewal
DOWNLOAD ACCREDITATION RENEWAL FORM
ECTI’s ECoP® accreditation is valid for two years following your last day of training for a live or e-Seminar. Renewal is necessary before your accreditation expires. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure that your accreditation renews properly.
The simplest way to renew your accreditation is to register for a relevant (EAR or ITAR) ECTI live, e-Seminar or attend three webinars per EAR/ITAR (six webinars required to renew both) before your expiration date. By doing so your accreditation will automatically renew and nothing else is required from you. You are not required to pay an additional fee or retest. Your accreditation will be valid for an additional two years and you will receive an updated certificate. As an ECoP® renewal attendee you qualify for a 20% discount on any ECTI course, note ECoP® in the promo code box on the seminar registration form.
ECTI Relevant ECoP®-EAR Courses:
US Export Controls (EAR) Seminar

You can also renew your accreditation by attending a pre-approved, relevant Bureau of Industry and Security, United States Department of Commerce (BIS) course or a pre-approved, relevant Society of International Affairs (SIA) course. Following your attendance to either of these pre-approved courses, which are listed below, you are required to do all of the following:
- Provide supporting documentation of your attendance to one of these seminars
- Pay a testing fee of $100
- Pass the current relevant ECoP® test with an 85% or greater (we offer two attempts to reach the pass rate)
Please note that if you attend a non ECTI course and it is not pre-approved, it may not meet the required qualifications for renewal.
