ECTI is seeking a core instructor to add to its very select and qualified staff of seminar instructors.  Per diem compensation is generous and travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed.  Successful applicant will have:

• BA/BS degree

• Minimum of 5 years experience in international trade - specifically experience in compliance with US export regulations

• Expertise and experience in these areas:

  • Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

  • International Traffic in Arms Regualtions (ITAR)

  • OFAC Regulations

  • Building and Maintaining an Export Compliance Program

  • EAR & ITAR Licensing and Agreements

  • Classification of a Wide Range of Products and Technologies

  • Export Operations & Procedures

• Exceptional speaking skills and ability to engage audience in a complex subject matter

• Ability to provide accurate and clear answers to audience questions
