Diyanah Anuar has more than 4 years experience with the Singapore Customs specialized in Security Export Controls, supply chain security and international trade compliance and preference. She was a former Trainer with Singapore Customs and is familiar with the export control requirements in Singapore, US, EU and Malaysia. She also has extensive knowledge in customs documentation, licence approval procedures and has provided assessments to various industries on the improvement and implementation of their Internal (export control) compliance.

Diyanah has presented on updates to the ‘Malaysian Strategic Trade Act’ seminar which was conducted in Kuala Lumpur and Johore Bahru in Sept 2011. In recent engagements with clients from the semiconductor and aerospace sectors, she had given specific guidance on the impact of business model re-optimization on strategic trade control, and identified potential compliance gaps and provided support for client to obtain appropriate arrangements and Strategic export licences with the authorities.
