ECTI's US Export Controls & Defense Trade Controls live seminars are pre-approved for CLE credits in the states of California and Virginia. e-Seminars are pre-approved for CLE credits in the state of California. Many other states will honor the California pre-approvals for credit. We will assist you in any way possible to help you get credit in your respective state.

Once you know what documentation or information you need, please contact us for assistance. Commonly requested documents are the California approval letters, seminar sign-in sheets, course agendas, or details on course written materials. The California and Virginia approvals are available below in pdf format as well as CLE credit submission documents if you are seeking California or Virginia credits.
