Export Control Reform Published Final Rules

Department of Commerce final rules (January 2, 2014) 
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 6, 2014

This rule corrects a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of July 8, 2013 (78 FR 40892), which becomes effective on January 6, 2014. That rule adds to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) controls on military vehicles, vessels of war, submersible vessels, oceanographic equipment, auxiliary and miscellaneous equipment, and related items.
